A yummy and healthy chocolate drink with no refined sugar. Ingredients: 1 ripe banana 1 cup milk 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp honey ½ tsp vanilla extract Ice cubes (optional) Instructions: Blend everything until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with cocoa powder or grated chocolate or grated coconut. ✅ Tip: Add peanut butter for extra protein!

  Veggie Idlis (Colorful & Healthy Bites!) A fun twist on classic South Indian idlis, these Veggie Idlis are soft, colorful, and packed with nutrition. Perfect for toddlers and young kids! Ingredients: 1 cup idli batter ¼ cup grated carrot ¼ cup finely chopped spinach ¼ cup finely chopped beetroot ½ tsp turmeric powder (for color & immunity) ½ tsp cumin powder (for digestion) Ghee or butter (for greasing) Steps: Divide the batter into three bowls. Add grated carrot to one bowl, spinach to another, and beetroot to the third. Mix well. Add a pinch of turmeric to the carrot batter for extra color. Grease a mini idli mold with ghee/butter and pour in the batters. Steam for 10-12 minutes until soft and fluffy.
